บริษัท เอ็ทซิท เอ็ดดูเคชั่น แรกก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 2538 ภายใต้ชื่อเดิมว่า สยามโอเวอร์ซีส์ โปร์ โดย คุณดุษฏา นันตา ผู้ซึ่งถือสัญชาติออสเตรเลีย จบการศึกษาและใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในประเทศออสเตรเลียมามากกว่า 10 ปี จากประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตในต่างแดนที่ยาวนาน ทำให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศ จึงคิดก่อตั้งศูนย์ แนะแนวศึกษาต่อ ที่ให้ข้อมูลการศึกษาที่ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน แก่คนไทย โดยเริ่มแรกแนะแนวศึกษาต่อเฉพาะประเทศออสเตรเลีย
และนิวซีแลนด์เท่านั้น แต่เนื่องจากความต้องการที่มากขึ้นของนักเรียนที่ต้องการจะไปศึกษาต่อยังประเทศอื่นๆ เช่น
แคนาดา อเมริกา และยุโรป จึงได้มีการขยายการบริการให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ดังกล่าว พร้อมทั้งเปลี่ยนชื่อจาก สยาม โอเวอร์ซีส์ โปร์ เป็น บริษัท เอ็กซิท เอ็ดดูเคชั่น
The formation of EXIT Education Company Limited in 2004
was the result of the restructuring of an existing educational company, Siam
Overseas Promotions (SOP). The services provided by SOP since its establishment
in 1995 were educational consulting services for Thai students who were interested
in attending Language Schools, Colleges and Universities in Australia and New
Zealand. Later on, due to the increasing demand of educational services from Thai
students, wanting to continue their short-term and long-term studies in other
countries, e.g. in Canada, United Kingdom, USA as well as countries within the European Union. EXIT Education was formed to amalgamate the businesses of SOP and diversify globally. EXIT Education Company Limited offers education services with no charge to students.

Our counselors
One of the features setting EXIT Education apart from other organizations is that all of
our principals and staffs have studied or lived abroad.Our counselors are of
similar age and life experience to the students so they understand their needs well. We also
encourage our staff to continue learning thus improving the quality of counseling through
training and personal visits to foreign institutions.
EXIT Education Company Limited is a member of Thai International Education
Consultants Association (TIECA). In accrediting EXIT Education Company, TIECA
confirmed the professionalism and quality of our students counseling team which offers
prospective students a customized education advice equipping them to fully benefit from an overseas education.
About TIECA: founded in 1990 and based in Bangkok, Thai International Education Consultants Association is an independent accreditation body formed to help raise standards of practice and services rendered to Thai students and international institutions. The association yearly assesses the quality of student counseling of its member agents (www.tieca.com)
